   Books can be purchased from the author at the address below.  Cost is $22.00 including packaging and shipping and sales tax for Michigan residents and $20.00 for out of state residents and not-for-profits such as libraries and schools.  Books are usually mailed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Not-for-profits should include sales tax ID #.
